We ship Ares products world wide. If there is no Ares store in your country we can get it to you.
SHIPPING
We use USPS method to ship and with a $1.50 handling fee. USPS ShIPPING MODULE
When you make your purchase the module will calculate your address, weight
and give you the exact price to ship to your lcation.
-We do our best to ship all items within 24 hrs of receiving our order.
-Shipping days are Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
-Rates may increase due to oversized packages.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
These are items that we do not have in stock here at Ares America but you may still purchase them through us. All special order items will be shipped from Ares Japan to Ares America with our monthly order. Once a month or as needed, we place an order from the Ares Japan warehouse and your special order will be included. As soon as we receive the items we ship it out immediately to you using the shipping chart above. We like to stay in close contact with you about your special order so we will always keep you up to date on your order process. When items are no longer available from Ares Japan we take them off the catalog. Some orders may take some time but remember
it a special order from Ares Japan to you.
WARRANTIES
All warranties are those of the original manufacturer. Ares Bykes America neither implies nor expresses any merchandise warranty including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular products. Ares Bykes America shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may be suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of products purchased from Ares Bykes America. Though we may assist you in a warranty issue all product warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and their respective warranty policies.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are Final! No returns or refunds for unwanted prducts. Ares Bykes America is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer. If a mistake was made by Ares Bykes America, then that wil merit the return of funds. The funds will be returned to you by check in US dollar unless another solution is agreed upon.
